PRAISE
A youth exchange on emotional resilience: psychoeducation about anxiety, assertive behaviour and public speaking.
The youth exchange PRAISE was coordinated by Associate BEYOND, one of our partner organisations in Romania, between 12-20 June 2022. We took part in the project with seven members.
This project aims to increase the level of emotional resilience among young people. Goals:
a) Increasing the level of psychoeducation regarding anxiety
b) Supporting young people in increasing the level of assertive behaviours
c) Supporting young people in improving their public speaking skills
d) Informing young people about the education and training opportunities offered by Erasmus+
