Find partners, open the project, and run it all in one place.
The hub is more than a way to reach AgeKader. It is where organisations across Europe find each other, publish partner calls, agree on a project — and then actually run it: applications, participants, tasks, daily evaluations, feedback, photos, travel costs. One address for the partnership and for everything that comes after the grant is signed.
What the hub is for
Find the partner, not a mailing list
Every organisation here has a profile: what it works on, where it is, what it has done before, and its PIF. Browse the directory, open a profile, and get in touch about a real project — or publish your own call and let the right organisations come to you.
Your call reaches exactly who it should
When you open a partner search you choose the fields and the countries it is meant for. Only the organisations that match are told. Nobody else is written to — not once.
A project automation system, not a folder of e-mails
Once the project is approved, open it to participants here. Everyone lands under one roof: the group, the schedule, the tasks, the daily reviews, the feedback, the receipts. You stop chasing WhatsApp messages and spreadsheets.
Inside a project
From the call to the final reportThis is the part organisations underestimate. Finding a partner takes a week; running the project takes months. The hub carries that part for you — and every participant sees only their own project.
Participants apply
Your project gets a public page with its own application form: motivation, languages, previous projects, country of residence, emergency contact. No more collecting Word files by e-mail.
You choose
Every application is shown with the whole form open: what they wrote, how old they are, where they live, what English they have. Accept or decline with a note — the applicant is e-mailed either way.
The group works
The moment someone is accepted their project space opens: tasks with what they have to hand in, documents, the group feed, the shared gallery, polls when you need an answer from everyone.
Evidence piles up by itself
Daily evaluations in text and photographs, travel tickets and receipts uploaded by the participants and approved by you — checksummed, never hard-deleted, kept for the five years the programme asks for.
Why work through the hub
Find partners that actually fit
Pick the fields you work in and the countries you are looking for. Only organisations that match both get an e-mail — the rest are never bothered. No mailing lists, no cold messages, no shots in the dark.
Partner with anyone here, not only with us
AgeKader is one member of this hub among others. You can answer our calls, and you can just as well publish your own and take an organisation from Poland, Portugal or Georgia as your partner. We do not stand between you.
Run the project, not the paperwork
Applications in one list with the motivation letter, the profile and the country; accept or decline in a click and the e-mail goes out for you. Then the daily evaluations, the documents, the tasks and the travel costs all live in the same place, next to the project they belong to.
A private workspace for every project
The moment a participant is accepted, the project page opens for them: tasks, daily evaluations, the photo gallery and a group feed — visible to that group only.
Feedback you can actually read
Ask the group a question and see the answers as they come in. Every participant writes a short review of every project day — typed, or photographed on paper — so the material for your report is written while the project is still running, not reconstructed a month later.
Travel money and receipts, audit-ready
Participants upload their tickets and receipts; you approve or send them back with a note. Every file is checksummed, nothing is ever deleted, and the five-year retention the programme asks for is built in.
Turn features on and off per project
Not every project needs polls, or a feed, or anonymous posting. You decide what your group sees — the rest simply is not there.
We do not send advertising
We write to you for one reason only: a partner search has opened in a field you chose, in a country that includes yours. No spam, no newsletters, no promotions. Whether you hear from us at all is your decision — you pick the fields in the “keep me posted” part of your profile and you can switch it off at any moment, in one click.
Your PIF stays yours
Contact details are hidden by default and the Partner Information Form is shared only with the organisation whose call you apply to, only when you allow it. Partners in the same project see each other and the shared documents — never each other's PIF or private numbers.
How to start
Four stepsCreate an account
On the sign-up page choose “I represent an organisation”. One account for the representative, confirmed by e-mail.
Fill in the profile
Type in your OID and we read the legal name, city, country and PIC straight from the Erasmus+ register, so you do not enter them twice. Then your fields of work and your PIF, which is required.
We review it
We read every profile before it is listed — that is what keeps the directory worth reading. You get an e-mail either way, usually within a few days.
Apply, publish, or register a project
Apply to open calls, publish your own search, or register a project that is already approved by your National Agency and open it to participants straight away.
Open partner calls
All calls →No calls are open right now. Register your organisation and we will e-mail you when one matches your fields of work.
Pick yours in the profile and we will e-mail you whenever a call matches — only those, and you can turn it off at any time.
Bring your next project in here
Free to join, free to use, and nothing about your organisation is published without your say. Register once and the hub is there the next time you need a partner — or the next time you need to run a project without losing a single receipt.
